These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ONETV software, website(s), and applications (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). By accessing or using ONETV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1.1 "Provider," "we," "us," or "our" refers to ONETV, the operator of the Platform.
1.2 "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
1.3 "Add-on" means any third-party software, service, or data source not developed, owned, or controlled by ONETV that provides metadata, stream sources, subtitles, or other information to the Platform.
1.4 "Content Information" means metadata about audiovisual works, including but not limited to titles, descriptions, images, ratings, categories, or related information.
1.5 "Streamable Content" means any audiovisual content made accessible through Add-ons.
2.1 ONETV is a neutral software platform and does not host, upload, store, stream, transmit, distribute, publish, or curate audiovisual content.
2.2 ONETV does not provide any Streamable Content. All such content is provided by independent third parties through Add-ons selected by Users.
2.3 ONETV does not endorse, recommend, verify, or monitor any Add-on or any content made available through Add-ons.
3.1 Add-ons are developed, operated, and maintained exclusively by third parties.
3.2 ONETV has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for:
3.3 You acknowledge and agree that your use of Add-ons is at your own risk.
3.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of any content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
You agree that you will not use the Platform to:
5.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its software, design, branding, and interfaces, are owned by ONETV or its licensors.
5.2 ONETV does not claim ownership over any Add-ons or content provided through Add-ons.
6.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
6.2 ONETV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6.3 ONETV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
7.1 ONETV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.1 ONETV reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or restrict access to any Add-on or content if it reasonably believes it may be unlawful or harmful.
8.2 ONETV may cooperate with rights holders and authorities as required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONETV from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
ONETV may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
